The University of the West of England (UWE) is one of the largest and most popular universities in the United Kingdom. The university offers more than 600 programs at both the bachelor's and master's level.

Most programs are accredited by relevant professional organizations that ensure that students graduate with qualifications that make students attractive and ready for working life.

Admission requirements

Studying at the University of the West of EnglandThe University of the West of England requires at least general study skills for admission to bachelor's degree. Diplomas / documentation of general study competence can be forwarded, if you complete this closer study start. In general, UWE requires an above average grade point average for admission, but be aware that admission requirements may vary from study to study. The University of the West of England also considers motivation and references.
For undergraduate studies, a grade of 4 or better is required in English from high school, or an English language test is taken: TOEFL or IELTS. Applicants for Master's programs must normally take an English language test.

At the Faculty of Business and Law you will find a wide range of subjects including: Accounting and Finance, Economics, Enterprise, HRM, Leadership and Management, Marketing and Law.

På fakultetet for Environment and Technology finner du fagområder som: Computer Science and Creative Technologies, Construction and Property, Engineering Design and Mathematics, Geography and Environmental Management and Planning and Architecture.

At the Faculty of Arts, Creative Industries and Education has a wide range of subjects, but some of the most popular degrees can be found in English, Animation, Journalism and Filmmaking.

Bristol has a mild climate, with fresh winters and hot summers. In Bristol, something always happens; such as the world famous Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, St. Paul's Carnival, the Harborside Festival and much more.

Depending on your mood, you can walk across the Clifton Suspension Bridge, visit the @Bristol Natural Science Museum, stroll up the trendy Park Street with its unique shops and many cafes, or go shopping in the modern and new Cabot Circus - which has plenty of shops, restaurants and "the Showcase Cinema de Lux". Whatever you prefer, Bristol has something to offer you!
